Monday hmmm wat did i do... o ya did front page for itab... boring CRS and break had wat ar can't remember also.. i think went to fc 3 to find mx they all to have lunch hahaha had western food... then after tat when to club house to do some bench press .... went to lecture with mx... hahahhaa... during lecture talk to alvin about running but all of a sudden i didn't want to run at all cause like a veri long time didn't run le....
After tat finish training but tats wasn't the end... hahaha when we were about to leave e clubhouse, i hand itchy la go do bicep then ivan do also then suddenly we keep on adding weights do our max weight hahahha do until i reach hm also my muscle still big big one... lolz...
Went to yishun to have a late late night dinner... ask wat my dinner partner was estee hahaha we sat down in Mc to have a chat over dinner... as we talk and talk and talk we didn't realise it was 11.30pm le... hahaha late hor so we went back hm le...
wat about tuesday?? today early morning went with iwan to youth challenge in china Square Central to talk about my class CIp work... ended up with alot of more work to be done... hahahha
then went for stats lesson gd thing i didn't fall aslp in class cause if i did i wouldn't be able to learn Chi Square so easily.. hahhaa
then Went for a run for my preparation for sun.. Run with char at her pace... was a relax run... We run from sp to pasir panjang to Nus and we almost die there man cause e slope was so bloody steep... hahaha but still we made it back in one piece.. heez... tats not all i went for pool rowing which took out my right shoulder cause i didn't recover fast enough.. haiz... must train more and more to be better....
then came hm onli to feed myself to bread with peanut butter and one piece of turkey ham.. yum yum!!.. typing until around 1.32am but i jsut couldn't get to slp... hahaha try pa try pa...
Wasn't able to blog on saturday as i was out e whole day.. hahaha went working on friday again nothing special happened onli tat i was able to go off early becos of one idiot making us going on a detour and stop work around 2am like tat... then took cab with wen siong after dropping him off, i went to mx house to camp for saturday sea rowing...
Reach mx house le then went to shower at his place.. his house is big lolz.. alot of places.. then first time i had oreo with milk.. guess wat it taste great lol... then after drinking one glass of milk off we went to slp...
woke up at 6am and had a bloody hard time waking aaron up.. he was like a baby slping sia... then we depart from mx house to sdba.... had a fun and relax row with e senior...
Suntec subway was up next as usual lol.. but before tat i went to collect my race bag for next sun 42km run... die veri fast approaching le... hahahha no much time to train le... then saw alvin on e way then he accompany me to collect and tat was where i saw my PS from his eye i can see he like veri tired...
Then after subway was bF2 hahahha today my teammates was wenqing(crazy anti tank) dom(partner in heli ops & pro anti tank) jin(good teammate) estee(noob commander) tpf(solo front man) and thailand bitch(driving heli crazil) lolz... then next came ahlao(commander but too bad he didn't get to plant c4s) lolz... tat day was veri fun...
off i went to xb and jinhan birthday at costa sands... after fun event as it was like a gathering for me... lol before tat went to ps to get jh's present...
Had fun e whole day so it was time to go hm le.. .tired like hell u can't imagine how tired i am.. when i reach hm i saw my lovely bed but i can't lie on it as i got to unpack my stuff first...
went to slp at about 12am i think then i woke up at about 2pm on sunday morning hahahhaa.. which is good but still i need more slp...
drove to find estee cause my paddle and race bag is with her.. hahaha bought snowie along and she got real excited when she saw estee don't know y also... then drop estee at northpoint...

Friday the last weekday of the week and then up next is saturday hahaha... can't wait for saturday to arrive but then i will be busy like hell rushing here and there..
Yesterday night went to work again.. 3rd time working at the show company... Suppose to be fast work but then drag here drag there... went to suntec in a lorry and e lorry was like so hot like suana and me brian terence walter was like illegal immigrant hahaha.. Journey to suntec city almost killed us with us covered with sweat all over our body...
Reach Suntec le but have to unload all the stuff then start work.. through it was meant to be fast but then we have to wait for a F***er to come and when he reach still take his own sweet time haiz...
Was very hungry and tired after e work.. after work we went searching for a exit out of suntec still we couldn't find one then we was given a ride by e lorry again to Geylang lolz..
We had some sort of supper cum breakfast.. then shocking was we saw two ladies or maybe transexual... was god damn disgusting.. then up next was the cab ride again like everytime...
Reach hm in one piece but it cost me $33.05 for the ride... then saw my mama hahaha.. she was on the way to bring snowie down for a walk.. off i go to the bathroom and then switch on my com so i can send father e CRs file.. haiz...
Tired Tired so i decided to skip econs and come to sch after tat... Woke up at 12pm and came to sch onli to discover i got my econs paper back and a honour cert... and also a donation card.. damn need to help raise funds again....

today ar wednesday hmm didn't do much but went to biz library to do my CRS and FOM project sigh!!! then after tat went for FOM lecture which i bought the wrong notes and then almost fall aslp in e hall..
Next went to clubhouse cause i don't wanna go to gems hahahaha... then went to have lunch and then went to wait for mx they all to come to train..
wasn't able to go for run as it was raining so did weights and almost die there... lolz...

Yesterday went to work at Indoor Stadium... veri dusty and dirty sia then my hand like kanna something dont' know wat also got patches of red spots... hahaaa don't know how i got this also... but then yesterday was an eye opener for me cause iz a first time i see tear down of a event like concert or road show...
Start from 4.30( but e real timing is 5.30 hahaha) to 1am in e morning... went to kallang to have supper at Mc then off to take cab le... Took cab with walter and enqi.. By the time i reach hm iz was about 3am and e cab cost me $32.10 good thing can claim hahahhaa....
So bloody tired today still hav to wake up for ITAB didn't want to go for it but then wat to do scare he give assignment... hahahah now start lesson le.. sian!!!

then today saturday after they left my place, i couldn't get to slp then just set off to meet up with dom they all to pa BF2 long time didn't playy le like abit lost touch hahaha... then after tat went to have dinner at PS and i am veri veri veri tired going to slp soon to recharge for tml work.... hahaha cheers!!!!

this morning and yesterday went to clarke quey for e race.. seen alot done alot but e result wasn't wat i wanted.. haiz wat to do....
sat was e start of all e event.. even saw shaun there hahaha handsome le ar... he represent NYP.. and i represent SP come to think of it old times when we were out in e field in SG and also during the times we spend in australia helping one another and chionging up e mountain and down into the mud pond all was just like yesterday...
Then was raining while we were waiting for our events... the rain got so bloody damn big that we all got crazy and started to take photos hahahha.. siao hor... but all was fun....
through we didn't get wat we wanted but i am sure we will train harder this time.. and i will do so and i will train harder then even before... i promise myself tat i have to get at least and at least one medal before i leave SP... hahaha!!!! lets pray hard guys and work for e next race...

after some training i got some improvements.. not onli in my chin up but also my weights...
today during DB training everyone was wearing e new shirt veri smart lolz.. come on guys keep it up ya... did a warm up run tat almost killed me veri fast pace sia... hahaha abit cannot breathe.. then next is chinup my favourites did 3 sets of 15 and e last one my max.. guess wat i did 31!!! great improvement khim keep it up!!!!! hahahaa next is weights didn't expect myself to do heavy weights good thing ruben push me... heez...
then after tat was a 1 mins 1 set biceps and something (don't know how to spell) did, did 72 biceps and 30 of that thing... think i need to improve on tat thing... cause i was e last guy with another new guy doing e sets so i was so nervous... while doing i realise tat e people are all looking at me stress... thkz for yr support guys...
